Racking Systems

Racking systems are exclusively developed for glass processing industries. We have three different types of racking systems.

Mobile Rack

This racking system gives you maximum categorization by storing different size of glasses in each rack, so that other racks can be moved and required size of glass can be accessed and taken easily with lesser movement of other glasses.

1. Capacity: 2500 kgs/rack (Module: 1 Racks)

2. Crate to be stored: 3660 mm x 2440 mm.

3. Glass resting area: 300 mm.

4. Can store loose glasses and crates too.

5. Maximum selectivity with less storage area.

6. All racks on track and can be moved to create a aisle space in front of it (3 ft).

7. No breakage of glass as the unused crate need not be moved.

8. The rack system can be extended in future.

9. Racks are moved by simple mechanism and need minimal effort by an operator.If installed near a cutting table, EOT/Bridge or Jib crane provided with vacuum handling system, single person can do whole glass movement from crate to cutting table.

Static racks

This static rack is to store huge quantity of glasses in lesser space, economic and efficient storage solution for raw glass storage.

Pull-out Racks

This rack is similar like mobile rack, but movement of this rack is different. This pull-out rack act like book-shelf drawer racks. Pull-out racks can also be provided with mezzanine floor for additional ans effictive storage of crates.
